I placed one order from this company for prescription medications for my elderly dog and everything went fine. However, the second order was a nightmare. Apparently they're only good if things run smoothly because if there's an issue, they will leave you and your pet in the lurch.
They claim to have faxed a form to my vet several times, but did not inform me of this until a week after I'd placed the order, and then only via email. I responded immediately and asked them to send me the form or call me with the details so I could follow up with the vet personally. Four days later, no response. I had to wait on hold for many minutes only to find out that the meds still hadn't shipped.
The customer service rep seemed completely disinterested in resolving the problem and I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor (apparently you have to leave them a voicemail and pray that they have more interest in responding than, well, everyone else in the company.) Strangely enough, the other company I placed the order with had no trouble getting an instant response from my vet. When I followed up with the vet, they stated that they'd never even received a request from Entirely Pets.
In my opinion, you'd be a fool to do business with this company, and I certainly will never do so again.
