I this evening have applied for a loan with YES! loans,i was charged £69.50 straight away then put through to a loan company they said could help me...The company refused my Loan,so i got back in touch with YES! loans to ask for my money back,i waited in a queue for about 35mins then i spoke to an advisor,i explained what i wanted to do,he then HUNG UP on me! i did the same again..called up.....waited and spoke to a different advisor i explained i had just been hung up on and i told him i wanted my money back..guess what? i was hung up on AGAIN! i have now written a letter demanding my money back.IT IS DISGUSTING DO NOT USE THESE FOR LOANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
