I am a new mother who was very stressed because I now have to return to work after 8 weeks of exclusive breastfeeding. It is more stressful than I could have imagined. I have tried every nipple there is for the past few weeks. I think my son was more frustrated at the nipple changes than the bottle feeding itself. My baby was still fussy at first with the MAM Bottles 3-Step Feeding Bottle because he is so comfortable with the breast, but he takes it after a few minutes. I am so thankful that I found these because it's so easy to feel guilty about their crying and give in. Now I don't have to give in. The shape of the nipple is great and makes for less messy feeds. He seems to be less fussy from air intake as well because he falls directly asleep after he eats, which was not happening with the Playtex drop ins system. He just fumbled around with the nipple and couldn't latch on, then I had to burp him for a half hour because he didn't have a good latch. By the way, they have not leaked on me at all, so I'm not sure why people are saying this. Maybe they are being assembled incorrectly.
