I booked two limos through Limo Broker for my wedding. Limo broker doesn't actually own any of the cars hence the lottery with who you're put with. One car (West One limos) was absolutely fantastic! The other (Glam limos) was late, they didn't know where they were going and then stopped for petrol having spent an hour waiting outside the church. There were no wedding ribbons, the car was the wrong colour (despite phoning half a dozen times to confirm) and there was no champagne despite us paying for it. Despite phoning numberous times and e-mailing, limo broker simply refuse to return my calls and will not deal with the complaint.

    We were very saddened to hear about your experience with one of the vehicles. All of our companies are subjected to regular audits to ensure the vehicles we send out are of high enough quality to satisfy our customers. Due to this case and a number of other failings the firm that supplied the poor vehicle to your job has now been suspended from our active supplier list whilst we investigate and require them to improve. I understand this does not help you in your case but we are always doing our best to prevent this sort of thing happening in the future.
