DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! I too were scammed into paying the 'broker fee' Never got any paperwork as promised, or a loan so i have demanded a refund. I finally got through to Yes Loans 'customer care' after being on hold for 35 minutes and was told that my letters and emails had not been recieved so i have now sent ANOTHER letter by recorded delivery asking for my monye back.
Customer service from YES loans is awful, they are very rude and 9 times out of 10 just hang up on you.
