Sofa delivered and size different from that provided by Salesman at point of sale and therefore did not fit my alcove as required.

Contacted Customer Service and was told all their sofas are hand made and therefore are all different sizes... Also leather apparently 'expands' so the shop might have been cold when it was measured!

During a telephone conversation with Customer Service they confirmed their Salesman work on a percentage - need I say more?

On closer examination I'm not convinced the quality of the item is particularly good and I've since found that getting them to do anything under warranty is almost impossible.

My advice - stay away from CSL - buy from a reputable store.
