Wow what can I say apart from what a terrible terrible company! I wish I had read these reviews before buying my travel insurance since being cheap isn't value for money if they don't ever payout.

This claim has been ongoing since June and I have now had a letter from the MD of the company telling me their final response is that they're not going to payout. The reason is because I'm not able to provide them with my parent's household insurance details. I have tried everything in my power to get these details other than theft or physical violence and have told Insure and Go this, but they will still not pay me; it's so frustrating.

I've now obviously written to the Financial Ombudsman Service who will certainly get Insure and Go to pay, but it's just such a pain that I have to go through all this just for a simple and straight forward claim.

Avoid like the plague.
