I ordered some items from their online store on a Saturday morning. I received a conformation email and the money was removed from my account. By Wed I had not had any update emails. I checked my online account and it only said that payment had been received. After sending a few emails and not getting any replies, I tried ringing their contact number. I was told that my items were still awaiting stock and so I decided to cancel my order.



DOESN'T SAY IF ITEM IS IN STOCK | NO ACCOUNT UPDATES PROVIDED | NO EMAILS REPLIED TO | DELIVERY WITHIN 28 DAYS (pretty poor for this day and age especially if I'm paying £4.15 for postage)



Don't bother with them. Forbidden Planet need to step it up a notch!
