CarTrawler is not a rental company - it is a broker that looks in hundreds (if not thousands) rentals around the world.

At first I have a mixed feelings - I have booked the car, but did not receive any confirmation in my mailbox. I have waited a day and afterwards tried to contact the CarTrawler. It is difficult - they do not give you any phone number on their website - the only option is to create a ticket and wait for the response (God knows how long).

Imagine how surprised I was receiving a call from the broker after 5 minutes after placing the ticket? The conversation was very nice, the voucher was resent and reached me immediately. Just to be sure I called the actual rental company I was going to get the car from and confirmed the booking - everything was fine.

I can honestly recommend CarTrawler to search for your rental.
