I must say, my experience with Pennine Home Improvements is COMPLETELY different from the above. They have fitted a conservatory, 2 doors & a garage window & all I can say is FANTASTIC JOB GENTS. From the original call, they have been professional & courteous. Yes they have been a couple of times were I have had to ring them when they were ringing me but that happens with any business now a days doesn't it! They were at my home for 3 days fitting all the bits & pieces & have been back several times to adjust windows & doors & I have found them to be reliable, honest & hard working. They were recommended to me by my neighbour who used them on a recommendation from somebody else & so on & so on - not one of us have had any problems with them AT ALL! Since they fitted mine, I've recommended them to 3 other people and as far as I'm aware they've had no problems either!
