I would strongly urge anybody considering using this company for European breakdown cover to spend a little time researching them on the various internet review sites. I certainly wish that I had done so! The policy that I bought from them for £76.95 is absolutely worthless. Breaking down whilst on holiday in France with my wife and our three children ranging from 2 to 14 years of age, we were given every conceivable excuse by the First Call GB Ltd operator to avoid providing us with assistance, ranging from 'that doesn't sound like it is either mechanical or electrical so we cannot deal with that' to 'we cannot help you from that road because we don't know where you are'. I could go on but you probably get the message. The breakdown policy sold by this company is worthless and nothing short of a con. You have been warned!
