This company is utter rubbish and I would urge anyone not to use them. Unfortunately, in the majority of cases - it is not up to you who is used as a courier when you order an item - if it were then choose any company other than interlink express!
When I ordered my item, I made it clear to the supplier that I would be at work when any delivery took place - could I have it delivered to work? I could not - due to the credit card address being registered to my home.
I assumed that I could choose alternative arrangements once the "non-delivery card" had been posted...and I tried.
I work 0.8 miles away from my home and live in a small town - but Interlink would not deliver to my place of work as it "was outside the postcode sector". It seems that the "postcode sector" is your house and the other 30 houses on your road.
I can't collect from the depot (10 miles away) as it is difficult at the moment to take time from work (I work long hours). My neighbours work also and I would rather not have the item left outside at my home as it is a high value item.
The person I spoke to at the depot had an appalling attitude - clearly it is all my fault for having a job - when I explained my circumstances the person just laughed and said it's my problem.
One alternative I was given was to contact the supplier - have them change the address and arrange re-delivery - but they would be charged for it. Clearly, this wouldn't be an option.

All I asked was for the van (which will obviously be the only van in my small area) to come 30 seconds down the road. Too much to ask?
