Excite.com Email Service Gets an "F"
I really liked excite.com and used it for many years until the email was "improved" and taken over by bluetie.com It is now a disaster. Only about 1 out of every 5 emails sent to me by friends ever make it through. When I open many emails, all you get is a blank screen. I did happily discover that I could read these emails if I forwarded them back to myself but then the links don't work. And should I have to do this? Of course not.
After trying to deal with the "improvements" for months afterwards, I finally had to switch to another service. Excite/Bluetie never responded to any of my email asking for help and explanation. I can only think that the "improvements" were done to force users to leave the service.
