My Christmas eve wit US Scareways

Man what a sorry excuse for an airline! My wife, 4 months pregnant, and I were flying to Philly on Christmas eve and scheduled to arrive at 4 pm to have a nice family dinner with my wife's parents.
It became a horror story. To start with, we got all the US Scareways trademarks: extremely old and dodgy plane, hungover and rude staff, nauseating food, refusal to give my pregnant wife extra water, and, best of all, an extremely unhealthy looking stewardess who fainted and collapsed in the toilet in mid air.
We had to land on the military airport of Bangor, Maine, to allow medical assistance. Fair enough, she was ill, but then the fun really started. During landing one of the engines failed, and we made a sudden swing. Everyone freaked and we barely made it to the ground. After that we had to wait in the plane, without air conditioning, for 2 hours, because there was no US customs staff to guide us to the passengers lounge in the airport.
Finally, we were allowed into the passengers area. There was no food or water. Or assistance. US had put exactly one person on the ground to provide information. The poor, underpaid people who work for this evil and negligent company, i pity them.
Anyway, after another hour the captain came out and he told us that the plane was a goner. One of the engines was broken, and on top of that the navigation equipment was broken. It was in his words 'unsafe and not legal' to fly in this airplane. The same plane we had been in only two hours earlier!! Scareways... They were going to put us on a plane from Boston, that would be flown in within two hours.
By that time some of the US army troops who were present at the airport had taken it upon them to cook us burgers, which was great of course. Every twenty minutes or so, they brought out a tray of burgers. And some Gatorade too.
After another 3 hours the plane from Boston arrived. By then, it was close to midnight. Two hours later we landed in Philly. Broken, tired and angry, we refused the $500 voucher they offered us for compensation. We swore never to fly with this airline again.
