Blooming Delightful my foot!!What a load of rubbish!!! Having purchased a bouquet of flowers from these people for a friends silver wedding anniversary,I"d have better off going to a garage forcourt,it would have cost me less and I bet the flowers would have been a lot better.The most un-helpful company,would not refund as I hadn"t reported it on the day of delivery.A bit difficult,seeing as they were delivered on a Saturday,and their phone lines are closed and I was at my friends party, could hardly nip off a find a computer and run off a e-mail!! I have requested another bouquet as its hardly my mates fault,and I was so embarrassed for being thanked for a bunch of weeds,that the least they can do is send another....oh well we"ll see.But as I told the "manager" I will never use their sorry company again!!
