I bought tickets for the AC/DC gig at hampden with The Online Ticket Shop, three weeks before the gig i started to contact them ref my tickets as other people who used ticketmaster had theirs.
i could not get an answer, nor would they answer e-mails.
The day before the gig i got through to them and they told me the gig was cancelled, it wasn't i got tickets from ticketmaster the same day.
since then i have been contacting them on an almost daily basis trying to get my money back. so far to no avail.
I am now instigating legal action to get my money back.
