Whar A Joke..
No customer service, attitude problem, what a mistake to join three guys.
When I made my claim they asked me for prof of purchase, I rang 02 whom instanlty sent me an email from 02 containng all the details I needed, I fowarded this yo supercover whom tell me we can't accept forwaded emails, they need a direct email from them... 3 months cannot get a stupid claim in...
