Shocking, shocking, shocking - I'm not sure where to start but in summary a 'cheap' recovery that I hoped I'd never need has been disappointing in every way possible & costs me over £200.
First Call GB Ltd won't tell me who their MD is as I'd like to communicate my dissatisfaction to her/him as the general staff seem powerless - that says it all really!
I gave them 0 star rating but this site you give them at least 1...
