False Advertising: They tell you you can wire money online, besides their normal "go to the facility" or "by phone", but when you try to send money online, it will not let you. It asks you "personal" questions about your finances, supposedly to verify your identity, and after you answer the questions, a message comes up, denying you access to send online, saying your answers are incorrect (like they know you better than you know yourself), and telling you to go to a Western Union store. That's garbage.
