Neanderthal customer service at Evens Cycles! Seemingly all they care about is high fiving their mates and organising their weekends.. really irritating couldn't give a 'hoot' attitude makes me shudder when I have to darken their door..

Bike came woefully assembled, when I asked why my handlebar grips wouldn't fix in one position and kept spinning round, they simply shrugged their shoulders.

When I went back a few months later to see if I could upgrade to Shimano Tiagra and drop bars, they told me the bike wasn't really up to much and i should buy a new bike.
