Kutchenhaus exaggerated the quality of their worktops, and after sales service to us. We paid a deposit and after that it was like pulling hens teeth to get them to respond to anything. They do not return calls, answser queries and our actual order took months as a result. They positively get very annoyed if you change anythig in that order. When we finally got our kitchen delivered to us it was obvious the worktops were different to what we ordered. We were told that we had ordered the worktops delivered and sent us an e-mail of the order we signed. BUT! the work tops were of a very different quality. They are less than 0.5ml thick and chipped when cut. Kutchenhaus blamed our fitter which is total nonsense. They have refused to discuss this matter with us. It is now 4 months ago and we are totally ignored by all management, they will not discuss it either and they suggest we go to the furniture ombudsman. We cannot believe that we are being treated so shabilly by kutchenhaus and have no alternative but to go to the small claims court. All of this stress has ruined our excitement of our new kitchen. We wish we had gone to B&Q, and got brilliant customer care and paid less than half of what we are expected to pay to kutchenhaus. Our experience has left us in no doubt whatsoever as to NEVER EVER recommend this awful company

    I know just how you feel I paid full amount 18Th July for my kitchen.Haven'T had delivery yet told 8 weeks then first week in October after ringing the hull store on a number of times I rang Chester and Manchester stores I left a message on answer phone told them what I Thought got a call back few minutes later told delivery 26Th October this person has assured me definitely.This has been more stressful than when i bought my house just hope it is worth the wait WATCH THIS space

    Firstly ml is a liquid measurement so you are innacurate with that, and the only way worktops will chip when cutting, whoever you buy them off, it when the fitter uses a blunt router blade or saw......Signed, proper kitchen fitter!
