hi everybody please stay away from Benson for beds, I have recently purchased a new bed set and then ran into financial difficulties and decided I wanted to cancel and get a refund, not the bed is not delivered yet I was told it was up to the area manager to decide weather as a good will gesture to give me the refund and guess what his answer was no, I cant believe a company as big as this can; offer a 16 or 28 day cooling of period like every other good company, when I questioned the fact that I was never told about this no refund policy that Benson offer when purchasing, the sales women said we are not obliged to mention it, followed by have a nice day. stay away.
