Hi this is interesting and thanks all for your comments. I am in the process of taking out an IVA with Churchwood and someone is coming to my house to set this up on Thursday. With my info pack i received a giro cheque to be paid for £263.50 and they advised that this would be taken the first month followed by monthly payments of £170. Since speaking to other financial organisations they have informed me that £170 is very low and there is NO WAY i could pay this little on the amount of debt I have.

I have, since then gone to my financial advisor who has but me in touch with a company called New tomorrow. Does anyone have any thoughts on this company?

    I found this review not helpful because... I have an IVA and my payments are less than £170 so you can an IVA at £170 if the creditors agree and I'm with Churchwood, actually Kingsgate who is the company Churchwood refer you to.
