we went to presthaven in july and it was awful, we had booked for a 7 night stay but only managed 3 nights. the caravan - superior plus - was dirty, i had to clean it before we unpacked. stained carpet, sofa + net curtains. the water heater was also broken. we went to the clubhouse and our feet stuck to the carpet- it was awful. it certainly came to life after midnight- my two children were scared at the shouting and arguing by a few of the other park users at around 3AM!! we would never reccommend it or ever go anywhere near a haven holiday again. the tourer facilities - including the pub were also shocking.
