All was fine until I tried to cancel my policy due to changing car. Sureterm wanted to TREBLE my annual premium to nearly £1800 (change from a Land Rover to an Audi Estate), so I got a quote elsewhere.
I had to phone, email and then send a letter in the post to get my policy cancelled - a process that took 1 month after I sold my car, and I ended up having to pay the entire year's premium anyway but didn't receive an additional year's No-Claims Discount.
They were quick enough to issue me with cover, but good luck if you want to try and change your car part-way through.
Also, don't expect a call back if they've been busy and you've had to leave a message - 50% of the time you'll never hear back. I'm still waiting for a response to my written concerns 1 month later.

I have no idea what their claims procedure is like. I wouldn't like to try it.
