We ordered a mattress from Dreams in Letchworth on Sunday 13th September. The only reason we bought it was because they told us it was in stock and could be delivered by the following Thursday, this date was written on the order. We had guests arriving on the Saturday and made this clear that it MUST arrive. Bascially, they haven't delivered it as it's NOT in stock and are trying to charge us 20% of the cost of the mattress (£1250) to cancel the order. Customer services are pointless. You can't speak to anyone in authority. We had to buy a blow up bed (another £130) for our guests to sleep on. There is more to this story, but space is limited, so I'll end by saying - shop elsewhere - ANYWHERE but this chain of bed shops!!
