We bought two Urbino Sofas in Hopsack Weave Stone Fabric (2-Seater and a Large 2-Seater Sofa) from Marks and Spencer about 3 or so years ago. We have 2 Sitting Rooms so definitely don't use this Suite all the time! The quality of the seat fillings is very poor and we are extremely disappointed, especially as we paid a lot of money for them. The low quality does not deserve the high price tag and I think M&S are trading off their (good?) name. At no stage were we given any choice of filling for the seat cushions so we expected them to be filled with "bounce-back" foam, as described in the literature/website etc. and like the ones that we sat on in the showroom. However, that is not the case as the seats are filled with that cheap, layered polyester wadding (like a duvet) that has to be manually puffed back into shape every time you've been sitting on them, otherwise they go flat! We've been duped!! But, I'm going to write a letter of complaint when I find the receipt (we moved house 3 months ago so can't kind anything!!).
