Direct TV Service has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. A voice computor that refuses to respond correctly to your needs. After killing fifteen minutes you might get a human on the phone but the chances are good that he/she won't have a clue, either.
Their receivers are of very poor quality.
Anyone should strongly consider another satellite television service before settling with Direct TV.
