Do not use Nova Rent a Car unless you want to spend hours of your time upon return trying to get them to reply via e mail.My vehicle had to be towed away for repairs and I had to pay 170 euros to get to the airport for the flight home. The assistance company provided by Nova hire would only pay the first 100 euros!!!!Try and find that in the small print.
I am trying to recover the extra fare from Nova hire but they do not reply to my e mails.
They are a cheap hire rate, but you get what you pay for which is not a lot when it comes to Nova hire.Pay a little extra and save time and money
in the long term.
