DONT deal with The Online Ticket Shop. I paid £290 for two tickets which never came. tried phoneing but they would not answer the phone, tried e-mailing, surprise they never replied. These people should not be allowed to operate, clearly a cowboy outfit with no morals. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPIONTED

    hope you read this soon.if you used a credit card get onto the credit card company and they will sort it out for you.if you used your debit card then you need to go your bank and ask them about "chargeback",its a new law which protects your card.take all the evidence with you that you have and you might get most of the money back.i have been a victim of theonlineticketshop and in the process of claiming againsnt them.please pass the message on to as many people you can who have been conned and hopefully we can protect other people getting ripped off like us.let me know how you get on.
