I would never recommend diamond. I needed to make changes to my policy the other month and got through to a call centre where the operator asked for my partners occupation.. armed forces.. she did not have a clue what this was as it wasnt on her list and kept me on hold for over 5 mins whilst this was costing me 50p a min on my mobile trying to find out what she should enter this under!

eventually she took all details then couldnt help me because there was one question i couldnt answer. As call centre was in Indian nobody could ring me back and put the details on hold whilst i found out so i had to cancel my partner off the policy. Useless

a week after paying an admin fee over the phone to this woman in the call centre, my bank details have fallen into the hands of a criminal who has attempted to take out almost a grand from my account. I would bet money that this was down to handing my card details to someone in a country hundreds of miles away who has probably sold on my details. Bloody fuming and will not be renewng this year. Cannot wait to get away from Diamond.
