Worst business banking services I have ever experience. If you value your time and business DON NOT bank with Natwest.
1. Managers never get back to you (numerous calls, emails and even complaints don't work)
2. They waste ALOT of your precious time running after them to get their job done properly.
3. Bank Mangers lie!!!!!!!!
4. Cards, Pin machines, chq books and the rest never arrive - hence point 2.
5. They won't give you an interest free overdraft as standard with a business account (so says there advertsing) but are happy to give a heavy interest rated credit card.
6.Telephone banking can never help you............only you business manager!
7. It took us three moths to open a client account.
I will never bank with them again and amoving all my accounts else were and I hope this gives people an insight to how NATWEST customers.
