IPOD owners buy the O2 insurance within 28days of phone purchase. I was told I could get this at anytime but could not and went with supercover insurance. After dropping my phone in APRIL my phone went back 4 times due to fault repairs, cosmetic damage following repairs etc,. Since April they actually had my phone longer than I have! One time in the first three weeks of them having it I had 2 calls asking what was wrong despite phoning (0870) , emailing and writing! When I rang again to complain and was told me phone was fixed and being sent back it returned still with damage and upon a further call I was told they did not do anything. Eventually (last week) I recieved what I think was a new phone although in the last few days this has turned off twice and refused to turn back on. They also did not send me my box or power cable back.
i have contacted Supercover so many times and had consistently bad service. Calling them being 3rd in the call waiting queue for over 20mins toi be cut off several times is sooo frustrating. Don't do it to yourself.
