I bought an engagement ring from then back in 2007. In May 2008 the engagement rings claw broke and we were told that it could not be mended and so we were issued with a new one. In August this year it broke again and I attended the store to get a replacement. The Manager was appalling in his nature, couldn't wait to close the shop and wanted me out.

I have since written to their Birmingham Customer Service department and find then dispicable. I am still awaiting a response to my letter - sent 5 weeks ago! I have rang 6 times but they do not return my call.

I have today, written a letter of complaint to the manager of their London office.

I will never ever ever go in H Samuels again!!!
