I was extremely wary about purchasing tickets online from someone other than the big ticket agents but my experience with Viagogo could not have been better. The customer service was exceptional - they even texted earlier in the day to advise of alternate contact numbers for collecting the tickets as the O2 network was experiencing problems. Collecting the tickets was a breeze - no queues just a quick phone call to someone from their office (which is conveniently located across the road from Wembley) and they were in our hands and we were off to the concert. I couldn't recommend Viagogo more highly.
