I was first lured to Alliance and Leicester by their low business banking charges - my mistake. I have NEVER experienced such incompetency from a bank in my life - exceptionally poor & expensive customer service, mishandled accounts, missing payments, incorrect statements, long waiting times & poorly trained staff.
Please, steer well clear - the term 'you only get what you pay for' is well and truly highlighted with A and L business banking.
