Bought car in March, pay the extra n.e.c cover on it per £40 month, had countless problems with them and only get it rectified if i go into the Carcraft service centre in person and pester them. With the n.e.c you have to have the car serviced within 6 months, had it done up at Carcraft and am told it has nearly £800 worth of work to do on it even though they only sold me it less than 6 months earlier. Then to be told "we are only obliged to sell them at mot standard" haha.....never ever will get a car from them ever. Customer service and after care is rubbish.
