Quinn direct is a great company until you make a claim.

They take the remaining premium off the top and then your excess, as well as undervaluing your car.

Customer service is rubbish, from the highest level to the lowest they provide appalling service, basically just quote irrelevant points to you in an attempt to pacify you, whilst none of them appear available to make any decisions whatsoever.
Poor customer service, they are the only insurance company i know who are trying to make a profit out of a customer claim.

I would have liked to have known about the taking the premium off the top before i made finalised the insurance with them.

Bad company, bad staff.

Don't go with Quinn, go with a more expensive company just in case you have to claim.
