Wish I'd read the reviews on here before I ordered. Placed my order on 19th august - website showed item was in stock, delivery in 5-7 days. It was a present for my husband's birthday at end of Aug, and still no sign of it. When I track the order it says 'Awaiting shipping'. Have emailed several times and had unhelpful responses to two, saying they are aware of a delay.
The worst customer service I have encountered. Will not use Bonthrone Bikes again, and will warn my cycling friends about them too.
