I am another victim to add to the list! I saw the reveiw's too late! Wierdly I had used the Online Ticket Shop for tickets for U2 at Croke Park in July 09 and they came through with the goods. So I used them again for Coldplay on 18th Sept at Wembley. The same happened to me that seems to have happended to everyone else. I couldn't get through to them so cancelled our visit to London as with no tickets you cannot see a band! I find out this morning when I next log onto my email that they mailed me 4 hours before the event to say that I needed to collect my tickets at the venue from a guy who had two mobile numbers!
Unfortunatley you can't put a zero star! or a minus star!

    i have been ripped off aswell by these.please go to your bank and ask them to sort it.if you used a credit card,your ok,debit cards have just started a new law called "chargeback".get onto it as iam and maybe they will stop conning people in the future and we might get our money back.
