I have recently been involved in a car accident where the driver of the other car over took waiting traffic who was originally 3 cars behind me on a road where there are parked stationary cars on each side and the general patten up the road is pull in and give way and move off. The 3rd party over took the queuing traffic (Three Car's) and hit into my driver's side at some great speed of which his car took my car a short distance up the road. Police where called to the Scene where our details where exchanged etc. The event was witnessed by 3 other drivers who was actually said that they would stand witnesses. I was reassured by people on the Scene that the accident was clearly not my fault and for him to be speeding up the road and ending up on the wrong side of the road.

I was very shaken after the accident was taking to the local minor injuries hospital and sorted out the minor cuts and bruises and fragments of Glass found in my lip's and cut on my left foot and a few aches and pains occurred. At this stage i had not contacted my insurance bearing in mind only an hour had passed. When i was in the hospital i received a phone call from MY INSURANCE "DIAMOND" who was very nice and pleasant , recorded and logged all the events of the accident. Meaning that the 3rd Party had contacted his Insurance "ADMIRAL" who then contacted it Sister Company "Diamond". This is where the fishiness starts- I receive a phone call saying i am 100% liable for the accident and that they are going to be paying out for his Car!!! They had not even received my claim form no reports from the witness or none of my pic's from the Scene. How on earth could they have made that decision without even receiving and evidence and to top it they are my insurance company they are meant to be defending me. I was accused of knowing my witnesses. The third party lied and said that all the waiting traffic was parked and he was making a turn at the Junction. (what a liar)

I sort legal advice and send my pic's though and was given advice, i was told that i had a good case and with all the evidence and photographs the case was very strong.

I don't understand how any deceison can be made with out my evidence?

If there is a strong link between both the insurers?

Why my own insurance is not representing me??
