Still waiting for 14 personalised Puma shirts and shorts from Pro Direct Soccer ordered 6 weeks ago. Took many attempts for them to get the order right in the first place (they even sent me a confirmation for an order placed by someone in Romania). Have checked a number of times to hear a variety of excuses - shirts have not arrived, they're in boxes outside ready to be unloaded, they've arrived but as there were only 10 we've had to reorder all 14 again (why not just give me the 10 and reorder 4!?), they're with teamwear department..oh no wait a minute... they've not arrived yet...and so on. They say they'll phone back once they've talked to the teamwear manager but he's very elusive and quite often it's left up to me to call again to be given another excuse.

I represent a club with 26 teams and thought pro-direct might provide the answer to what has become a logistical nightmare for kit. However, on the basis of this 1 kit fiasco I would recommend using your local sports shop...at least they will probably have better service.
