Warning if you are flighing with someone who is disabled.just back from Lanzarote flying with Thomson airways. All OK until we could not get appropriate seats for disabled member of party for which we booked.the supervisor could not have been more unsympathetic and did not care that the disabled person would be flying in a seat not appropriate for the disabled person in fact said if we did not take the responsibility for anything going wrong on the flight he would not let the person fly (complained to Thomson when I got back (and what happens they could not care less ) so much for customer relations and service ( you are in the hands of a big company)so if you have someone disabled in your party make sure the seats are there both ways before you go ( or better still fly with another airline)
