Cathay Pacific cancelled my flight which has been booked for months. I cannot change to another suitable scheduled flight as they are all full, and while I will of course receive a full refund, this will take "up to 8 weeks to process"!!! I made sure I booked early so I got a reasonably priced flight (<£500 for one way), but now I have to rebook with another airline so close to the date and the cheapest I've found is 800!! Their customer service has been appalling and totally unhelpful. It's a very competitive market and I will not ever fly with Cathay.
