I have to echo the general negative sentiment about Match.com here.. I've been a free member for a while, but also tried a subsciption after receiving an email.

I have made sure my profile is completed, is not too long, no demands, some recent pictures of myself, etc etc.

Numerous sent winks & emails later the the response rate remains at 0%. Now don't try to tell me that it's my profile, it's more likely that the members I have tried to contact (chosen as they are a close match to myself) either don't actually exist, or can't reply as they aren't paid members. Either way a YES OR NO would be at the very least courteous. There's nothing worse than feeling like you're being ignored AND paying for the priviledge.
