My friend bought a second hand car from Arnold Clark, Glasgow. When viewing the car (prior) to purchase, salesman couldn't have been any nicer, the usual salesman talk. She done the deal, and while she knew she was paying way over the odds she thought they were a decent reputable company should anything go wrong. Understatement of the century. They were awkward when she went back week after week with genuine faults. Worst thing was, they sold her the car with one key clearly promising her at time of sale they would supply her with the master key stating it was at another branch. Nope. No deal. Denied all knowledge when she asked them for the key.
