I booked my wedding with Thomson Holidays and they totally mislead me. I was promised a great wedding package, 3 weeks later i got a call saying the package doesnt exist anymore and theres nothing they would do about it. I couldnt cancel or i would have lost my wedding date. The travel agent was so unhelpful and the member of staff who booked my holiday was no help at all. I have written to head office twice as i am so unhappy but i havent even heard back from them!
