I have been in my property 2 years and Martin and Co still have not fixed faults that were present when we moved in, even though these have been reported on every inspection. Having called them over two hundred times now, i've decided to move on. They do lie a lot on the phone, and on several occasions have tried to make out that I never contacted them! I have never had this kind of unacceptable service from any of the other estate agents in Wolverhampton, and I would not go back to them or recomend them to anyone.
