I was very unsure about spending £900 on a vacuum, however 15 years later and with just a couple of spare parts this kirby g5 is brilliant value for money. it is heavy to carry up stairs but that is just because it is so well built
There are so many features and accessories that it is hard to find any faults with the whole package. Kirby support is also exceptional, the team we deal with are quick, attentive and provide service that equals the build quality of the vacuum.

Kirby G5 / 6 / 7 does do a good job, however too heavy far too expensive. Waste of £1000, Dyson is just as good and easier to work with.

Spot on. Negotiate the price down to around £1000.00 (you can do it). These machines are in a class of their own for getting dirt out of carpets, and they really should last you 10, 20, 30, maybe longer,years.
What's the point buying a flashy Dyson, with all it's techno gimmicks. They will NEVER clean a carpet like a Kirby
