Dreams Beds are the most unhelpful, unfriendly company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Having chose a Trinity mattress in store, which was quite soft and I was assured was a `no-turn' mattress, I ordered one to be delivered. Sadly when it arrived it was very firm and needed monthly turning which I cannot do as I have serious heart problems. Luckily I had paid the insurance so I phoned and asked for a change of mattress as per the insurance. The one I chose was £100 cheaper. Customer services told me I would be not be refunded the £100 overpaid as it was my loss and that I have to pay further £32 delivery. After involving Trading Standards and many, many letters I was finally refunded the £100 overpaid but not the second delivery charge.
I found Dreams Customer Services to be most unhelpful, even unpleasant. My only recommendation about this company is that it is best avoided.
